Imọlẹ provides AI agent and API tools for users who want work done or want AI inside their own projects. This policy explains what we collect, why we collect it, and how we protect it.
By using Imọlẹ, you agree that we may process information as described here so the product can operate, secure accounts, process payments, and improve reliability.
Information we collect
- Account details such as name, email, password authentication data, verification status, and session information.
- Workspace content such as prompts, messages, files, artifacts, previews, projects, memories, and task history you choose to create or upload.
- API and usage records such as API key metadata, model used, request type, cauris requested, cauris charged, timestamps, and operational logs.
- Payment data such as selected pack, currency, country, provider reference, payment status, and confirmation metadata. Card or mobile money providers may collect additional payment details under their own policies.
- Contact form messages including name, email, subject, message, and basic request metadata used for spam prevention and support.
How we use information
- To create and protect accounts, verify email addresses, and keep sessions secure.
- To run agent tasks, API requests, file processing, media generation, previews, memory, and project workflows.
- To manage cauri balances, payments, usage history, refunds, abuse prevention, and customer support.
- To monitor uptime, debug issues, prevent fraud, enforce limits, and improve the product experience.
- To contact you about account, payment, support, security, or product updates.
Service providers
Imọlẹ may route work through infrastructure, AI model, speech, image, video, payment, email, storage, and security providers. These providers receive only the information needed to provide their service.
Examples include cloud hosting, database and storage services, AI model providers, transcription and voice providers, payment providers, email delivery, and anti-abuse services.
Retention and deletion
We keep account, project, usage, payment, and support records for as long as needed to provide Imọlẹ, meet security and accounting needs, resolve disputes, and comply with law.
You can delete your account from the dashboard when available. Some records may be retained when needed for fraud prevention, payment reconciliation, security, backup, or legal obligations.
Your choices
- You can update account profile information in settings.
- You can delete projects, files, and conversations where the product exposes that control.
- You can contact us to request access, correction, export, or deletion of personal information.
- You can choose not to provide optional information, but some features may not work without the information needed to run them.
Security
We use practical security measures such as authentication, session controls, rate limits, scoped storage, access checks, and operational monitoring. No online service can guarantee perfect security, but we work to protect your data carefully.
Children
Imọlẹ is not intended for children under 13. If you are under the age of majority in your country, use Imọlẹ only with permission from a parent or guardian.
