Agreement

These Terms govern your access to Imọlẹ, including the public site, dashboard, Agent, API, cauris, files, generated outputs, previews, and related services.

By creating an account or using Imọlẹ, you agree to these Terms. If you are using Imọlẹ for an organization, you confirm that you have authority to accept these Terms for that organization.

Accounts

  • You must provide accurate account information and keep your login details secure.
  • You are responsible for actions taken through your account, API keys, projects, and connected tools.
  • You must notify us if you believe your account or API key has been compromised.
  • We may suspend or restrict access if we detect abuse, fraud, security risk, unpaid charges, or violations of these Terms.

Cauris, pricing, and payments

Imọlẹ uses cauris as a credit balance for API requests and Agent tasks. New accounts may receive free cauris. Paid cauris can be recharged through supported payment providers.

Prices, model availability, supported currencies, and payment providers may change as provider costs, availability, or business requirements change. We will show the applicable cauri price before or during use where practical.

  • API requests use the base cauri price for the selected model or capability.
  • Agent tasks may use more cauris because they include planning, tool use, retries, and result checks.
  • If an Agent job is already running and your balance reaches zero, the current job may finish without creating a negative balance. New paid work may require more cauris.
  • Payment provider fees, currency conversion, or local charges may apply depending on country, currency, operator, and payment method.

Agent and API use

Agent is designed to help complete work from plain-language requests. API access is designed for developers who want model access inside apps, IDEs, agents, automations, and internal tools.

AI output can be incomplete, outdated, incorrect, or unsuitable for your use case. You are responsible for reviewing, testing, and approving outputs before relying on them, publishing them, or using them in production.

Your content and generated output

You keep ownership of content you submit to Imọlẹ. You are responsible for ensuring you have the rights to upload, process, transform, or share that content.

Subject to these Terms and applicable provider restrictions, you may use generated outputs for your own personal or business purposes. Similar or identical outputs may be produced for other users.

Acceptable use

  • Do not use Imọlẹ to break the law, violate rights, commit fraud, distribute malware, exploit systems, or harm others.
  • Do not upload content you do not have the right to process.
  • Do not attempt to bypass limits, payment checks, authentication, rate limits, provider restrictions, or security controls.
  • Do not use Imọlẹ for high-risk decisions without qualified human review, including legal, medical, financial, employment, safety, or emergency decisions.

Availability and changes

Imọlẹ depends on cloud infrastructure and external providers. Features, providers, models, rates, latency, and availability may change or become unavailable. We may update, pause, replace, or discontinue parts of the service as needed.

Disclaimers and liability

Imọlẹ is provided as available and without guarantees that it will always be uninterrupted, error-free, or suitable for every purpose. To the maximum extent allowed by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages.
