Why a plan appears
A plan appears when the task is heavy, multi-step, long-running, expensive, or likely to create many files. Approving it lets Agent proceed.
Provider or model failed
Agent should choose suitable fallbacks by task. For example, image drafts can move between GPT Image models, audio can move between MAI, OpenAI TTS, and ElevenLabs, and text can move between GPT tiers.
Missing files
Check the conversation artifacts, project files, and preview panel. If the file was not generated, ask Agent to rerun only the export step.
